    If we can bypass the wifi connection that will allow us to eliminate any potential signal interference as a possible cause of the issues you've been seeing. If you have a way of connecting your PS4 to the internet with a LAN cable instead of wifi can you give that a try?

    Please let me know how that goes if you can give it a shot. Thanks!

    Do you have any other consoles connected to the same network you're currently using?

    Gotcha. If there's more than one Xbox on the network it could be an IP address conflict. Can you try setting a static IP address for the consoles to test and see if that helps at all? The Port Forward website has step-by-step instructions on how you can set that up.

    If you're able to give that a try please let me know how it goes. Thanks again!

  • If we have a PC and a PS4 on the same network, we wouldn't be able to port forward if we want to play apex together, correct? the way I understand it, is port forwarding only works for one or the other?

    You should be able to open ports for multiple devices on your network. The way you configure the ports can vary depending on your network hardware. The Port Forward website has a large list of modems and routers from different manufacturers, so if you can find your particular model on the site they should have step-by-step instructions.

    Were you able to try opening the ports or setting a static IP for your console?

    Got it, thanks!

    Do you have access to a mobile hotspot? If so, can you try using it to connect to Apex Legends to test and see if it lets you sign in? That way we can check to see if the same thing happens on a different network.

    Let me know what you find out if you're able to give that a try. Thanks again!

    Got it, thank you for testing that. Do you have any other accounts you could use to try signing into Apex Legends? I'm curious if this is only happening with a specific account. If you're able to try signing into any other accounts please let me know what you find out.

    @DarkThunder2579

    I see, thanks!

    Do you have access to a PC on the same network as your PS4? If so, could you try running a UO Trace when you have the chance? That should give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's anything happening in between we might be able to spot it.

    You can find more details on how to run a UO Trace at the EA Help website. Look for the section in that article titled How to run a UOTrace. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message.
