Re: unable to connect to ea servers

I have the same problem with Grid legends. I just bought it and can't play online. I get a similar error message. 
Already did almost everything in the help page article: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/problems-playing-online/

The EA launcher doesn't seem to recognize the game either (got it from steam)
