Re: Unlink PSN from a disabled EA account

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you won't be able to make any changes or unlink any accounts.

 

For this, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

 

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further. 

 

Keep in mind however, that unlinking accounts does not activate Cross Progression, and will result in a loss of progress. Be sure to read through the consequences of unlinking an account carefully and check our Cross Progression guides below for more info!
