Re: Unlinking banned account

The EA support team can't help with unlinking accounts connected to an EA account that has a ban in place. Account is locked from any account changes being made while a bans active.

I'd recommend the following: 

• For the EA Account Ban: If the rules weren't broken, please hit up the Terms of Service team. Follow the advise in this thread for help doing that: EA Bans and Suspensions - How they work and how to get in contact with us. 
• For the Amazon Prime Subscription: If the ban isn't getting overturned, you can end your Amazon Prime Membership so you are no longer charged for a subscription tethered to a banned EA account. The Amazon support should be able to assist you in cancelling the subscription if you'd run into issues following the steps in that article.
