When are the servers going to be fix..... packet lost... bad ping... game play awful

im on pc and its the same for me havent been able to use it for the past 2 weeks

Any update? Apex is almost unplayable here in Western North Carolina. Closest servers are NY and SC. The SC servers always have high ping and latency. 

This issue has been happening for so long it’s starting to get annoying and it’s not even getting addressed that much. i thought maybe with the new season coming out it’d get fixed but NOPE! same ‘ol severs. please fix the game new york servers are super laggy.

Its been 2 weeks and we haven’t heard anything about a fix? does everyone controlling Virginia servers not know what to do? tell us anything.

I have the same issue - virginia servers show as -1 ping and 100% packet loss, which forces me to connect to NY or SC servers which results in 30-60 ping at all times

EA, are you listening? East coast servers are majorly fu$&ed. Can we get Virginia back?? High ping and packet loss. Not to mention the God awful servers we are forced into. Code leaf. Major lag spikes. Kicked out of matches with freezing. Dont even get me started on the terrible SBMM in pubs. 

It doesn't work for me either. Playing on Xbox one 

It's been over a month now and I don't see anything from EA..... what's the deal? I wanna play on VA 1 like I have ever since I started. New York and SC latency is terrible.

EA Kent, have you heard back on any of this? It’s really killing my love for this game. They need to open Virginia servers back up. I hate already jumping into a map with a severe disadvantage on NY servers. I used to be a top tier player, ranked #5 Watson in season 2. Now I struggle to get 1k damage. Absolutely no reg, getting beamed behind walls, and just complete and utter dreadful lag. Please for gods sake EA, I really don’t wanna lose my love for this game but right now my backs up against a wall. I’m sure I’m not the only one this is affecting, it’s literally the whole southern east coast. I think we deserved to at least know if the server is being worked on or if it will be offline indefinitely. Really hope to get a reply to this.
