Re: voice chat issues

What audio set up do you have? @donepicface

Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

Power cycle the PlayStation console

  1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
  2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
  3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

  • Power cycling has not worked I tried it earlier today and I do not know what you mean by audio set up. I have the typical audio set up with wired headphones plugged into my controller. @EA_Atic

  • @EA_Atic same issue on Xbox. I’ve reinstalled the game, cleared Mac, power cycled, changed audio inputs(atmos, dts, windows) none of that works. I’m using HyperX Cloud 2 Wired. Sometimes my mic shows up, sometimes it doesn’t even register. Clearly it’s not an issue with just one person as there’s multiple forums with this same issue. I still haven’t seen apex or respawn even acknowledge this issue on their twitter.
