Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I got banned on my main account for "gameplay enhancement" but the thing is i wasnt using one and i dont even know what it is. I got unbanned and the unban reason was they thought someone was on my account so they unbanned me and i play around 3 games and in the middle of the 3rd one i get banned again. i have had my account since season 1 spending alot and having alot of rare items and i have just lost them all. dont spend a dime on any EA games because they will find any reason to ban you and i made multiple appeals, each and everyone getting answered with the same Ai response. and whats even better is when you open a live chat you cant even speak to a real person anymore its just their Ai Bot. so if your dealing with the same thing as me i dont think your going to get unbanned unless you make videos on this game with a big audience, thats like the only time they actually care to read over an appeal.
