Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Same thing, last time I played was on monday because I've had exams all week, was looking forward to play today but I woke up to an email telling me I got banned because of cheating, it only took me to open the game to know I'd been hacked, left the game on gold and now my account is on diamond, the hacker also bought horizon :/ and unlocked A BUNCH of the hardest badges to earn on some of my characters. I already changed all of my passwords and activated 2 factor and sent a ticket to the support team, but by the looks of all the threads i've read seems like I'll be waiting a very long time, which sucks, how does this happen so often to origin users?? I just want to play some apex for gods sake, I refuse to abandon all the progress I've made so far.
