Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I was banned this week for an "offensive name" and told I had to rename it. I won't be doing that as the name is harmless and is the same name i've used in every game ive played for a decade. The issue is the website is so broken it is literally impossible to dispute a ban.

I would love a way to contact ANYONE with EA to get an explanation on how "DocLolliday" is an inappropriate username that "refers to children". If someone could honestly put it in words how that is even possible I would change my name.

@rnm108999951 Dude check my case #700 the one before yours, I've been banned for saying a few harmless words as well, They have rejected my dispute 2 times mann I've lost hope with this company they are literally hopeless.

Got an immediate template response that doesn't explain anything. The below is not a response from a real person it is just an auto-reply. Id be annoyed if it was a ban for talking mess to people or something and they just upheld it. But a completely made up reason that is objectively incorrect is insane.
