I have the same experience as you, even though I found multiple different IPs using my account to play games in EA DATA, the TOS team still turned a blind eye and pointed out ". We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

My account was even hacked to modify the original email address, which is obviously EA company account security breach

Even when I observe EA DATA myself, I can see the obviously abnormal login status, but the TOS team says that it has gone through a thorough investigation
Is this an April Fool's joke?

@kyrahan0128 it's okay. They "thoroughly investigated". You obviously changed your hardware and used a VPN just so you could cheat in Apex Legends... Hacking isn't real and doesn't happen, especially not to EA accounts. You watch too many movies. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
