Re: Why am I banned when I have never cheated or violated terms of service?

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I got accused of cheating! I spent almost 3000 hours into this game. I'm a season 0 player. I have almost 200 gold items and limited skins from battlepass. last month I just paid almost 150dollars for heirloom. In my account I have a total of 2 heirlooms. Almost 20k kills on my main and I got banned for cheating. So I immediately contact ea support so they can check my account. They then sent me the email saying " They insist that I was cheating!!" So I sent them another email asking for proof or evidence. Now they just sent me another email saying that they double checked and still confirmed that I was cheating. This is absurd and unbelievable. Like at least tell me or show me what I did wrong (EVIDENCE!!!!). So I don't repeat the same mistake in the future which I know I didn't do anything wrong.

It Happened to me today when i was trying to join a public Duos game then all of a sudden it says account banned, banned even though I have never used cheats/ hacks in a game before, so Why EA ban me when I have done nothing wrong and have never used hacks before in any video game. I play fair just like everyone else and hate cheaters. It must Be a false positive that the anti-cheat is doing. I am in the Same boat as you dude, so good luck if you are ever able to get your account back.

@Proeight098 sama as me.. Yesterday i just played trio, and got kicked by the system after try to move in to the zone.. What happen with this EA anti cheat?? I spend so much money here.. There is still 2k token that im not use it.. And my legend skin.. Please fixed it.. I really do love this game, thats why im top up so many times..

Haven't palyed the game for 4 months, came back an my account is banned, if someone could help that would be appreciated

same exact thing just happened to me. I reinstalled the game after months of not playing and returned to this nonsense

i was just playing pubs with my friends just having fun and I get banned out of no where
