It could be one of your program's interfered with the game, this could have trigged the anti-cheat.

Please note 3rd party software can have build-in macro's and that is banneable when used.

If you think your account was banned by mistake.

I've applied for it. I don't know how long it will take. No cheating has been banned. The real cheater is enjoying the game.
