Thank you for replying, now i do want to ask, it shows my linked steam account is banned, however, when i use the normal EA launcher to play Apex legends, it still lets me play on PC, i just cant play through steam, so will my cross progression work through the normal EA launcher on PC just not steam? or would i be able to unlink that steam account and link a new one? this is my last question
Community ManagerFinal thing, so when i found out about cross progression, i went to link a steam account to my EA account, this current EA account is not banned on steam, but i accidentally linked the banned steam account and i want to link my non banned steam account, this whole "one link per lifetime" is very restriciting and unforgiving for people, if i created a support ticket could i possibly get it unlinked so i can link my correct steam account? or will you guys just say no because you would like people to spend more money on seperate accounts in the long run

You guys dont believe in second chances? i was a kid when i got banned because i made a stupid choice and now that i have spent over 4k$ on your game on my xbox, you wont allow me to bring it to pc and spend even more on the same account Because the WRONG steam account was linked? THIS ea account that i am currently on has never recieved an account ban on any platform, ive had communication ban but not account ban, the steam account has been banned for a long time at this point, support and ea should be alittle more forgiving than forcing people into a LIFETIME link

Generally speaking, as you control the account information, it is your responsibility to make sure it's used in a manner that abides by our User Agreement, regardless of how long ago it was set up.
We wouldn't be able to make any changes to this decision here, but you're welcome to see if support has any other options for you.
is there any ways just to get rid of my banned pc account I have no idea what I even got banned for on it didn’t even play much on that account I have 150k kills on Xbox and now I can’t switch my Xbox account over to pc cause my pc account got banned for no reason I’ve tried to despite it before and ask why my pc was even banned for and I just get a automated response not even answering my question sucks because I love apex so much and now I can’t even move my Xbox account over to pc cause the pc account that I is linked with my Xbox account is banned for no apparent reason and I’m guessing it’s a permanent ban cause it’s been like that for so long .
