Re: [WORKAROUND] Apex won't get past "continue" screen on PC/XB/PS (intro loop)

Also just met a super nice advisor. FIrst one who was aware of the issue. Knew there are multiple versions of it. Code:net error didnt make it to the next update on March 9th as far as he knows. This ended in a way that we can only wait(which I understand as he is not being the game developer himself).

Also he told me in a way that we should not expect more compensation than the code:clog error.

    @SchranklsUncle Tweet at them and tell them the compensation is unacceptable. I've done this and will continue to do so.

    Respawn gave 5 Apex packs to players impacted by the heirloom bug (which was an issue for all of 24 hours?). We missed an entire event, a Ranked Split and are weeks behind on the Treasure Packs from the Comics.

    @SchranklsUncle Wow, that is such BS. I seriously can't look at these guys the same anymore. Complete slap in the face if they think 25 BP levels is enough compensation for losing out on the Anniversary event rewards which included 2 free event packs! I don't even own the BP so it's completely useless to me. If this proves true for when they (if they ever will) solve the issue, then I regret ever playing this game. I've spent so much time and money thinking these guys were doing a good job. I thought they really were striving to be one of the best gaming developers out there but man after all this...after how the affected players have been treated? Just nothing but disappointment. We're not asking for much or at least I'm not. Just the Anniversary event tracker rewards that we would have gotten if we could play the game. If we could get that then I wouldn't have minded that I couldn't play the game for 24+ days because of the code:net loading bug.

    @RadioactiveLolis You dont have to tell me twice, also completed every event reached pred every season and I am playig since day one. It is over 3 weeks I am facing this issue as well.

    First signs of this issue I saw was a video from January 8th, It took 37 days for them to even put this issue as investigating at the Trello tracker! We just have to admit it. We are a small percentage of playerbase that are having this issue, which results in them not giving a crap about it. 

    I feel like the issue is just in some notes so they know whats going on if somebody describes it, otherwise they would not update the client side of the game several times(for me this will be 4th) with skin,textures or meta changes. Instead of that they would care about the core functionability of the game. I am in a point where I hope this issue is spreading out so it ends up in more people having it or some big streamer getting the issue, which will lead to resolving the issue.

    To be honest I do not really check any updates about it, only when there is a new update, because it tilts me to maximum that the issue is still not fixed.

    Also all I can say to the workaround they are saying to create a new account is that I am glad that this company is not a bank, because that would be even worse.
