Hi @Epanafortizomeno 

To check did you unlink the PS4 account from its original EA account to link it to the EA account your PC is tied to or link it to your EA account for the first time before Oct 26th?

To confirm the Cross Progression process is automatic for all accounts. Once your account goes through the CP process your Main account will use the Progress from your highest-level account from then on across each platform linked to the EA account.

    Hi @Epanafortizomeno 

    For more information check the links I posted above, but as I mentioned your progress for PSN is stored on the Orignal EA account used. 

    We are not able to merge EA accounts to move that progress over to the new account, you will need to relink the PSN to the original EA account to attempt to get that progress back.
