Re: Your accounts can t be linked because already linked to your EA Account

I found a solution that worked for me.

1. logging into EA with my Microsoft/Xbox email.

2. From there, it's already linked to xbox in "Connections". I unlinked it.

3. log out from xbox email account on EA and log in to your main EA account

4. Try linking again and it work!

I hope this works for you. The "help" portal is just an infinite loop and the chat/email form is broken even in incognito mode.
