Really bad audio sounds

I have really bad audio bugs its fine one moment but soon as i get into a fight the sound gets like delayed and i dont hear anything for ages then suddenly i hear all the gunfire like 30 seconds late...

    i fund the solution

    to fix it you should put your texture streaming budget on none

Setting the Texture streaming budget to none has seemed to fix it :D will update if i have any more problems.
