Red symbols and freezing gameplay
I need help, because I've been suffering from this problem since the beginning of the year, I'm playing normally, the game simply crashes, stays frozen for about 3 seconds and comes back, after that, some symbols appear in the top right corner, the ping is absurdly low then it goes down and I have to wait a few seconds to be able to play normally as you can see in the video. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Having all these symbols appear consistently generally indicates there are some ongoing connection issues causing some trouble for you in-game.
It would be best to try going through our connection troubleshooting steps here to see if that improves things for you afterward.
I'd take particular note of the steps to try changing your DNS to see if that has an effect, though the other steps are absolutely worth going through as well if the issue persists.
