Redeemed Apex Legends Lifeline Edition DLC, but Missing Items – Need Help

I redeemed a code for the Apex Legends Lifeline Edition DLC. When I check under the “Add-ons” tab, it shows that I own it. But when I launch the game, I don’t have any of the Lifeline Edition content...

I have two questions, if that's ok:

Where did you redeem the code?
What are you using to launch Apex Legends?

I redeemed the code in the EA app. I’ve tried launching the game through both the EA app and Steam, but I still haven’t received the in-game items.
