Redeemed code successfully but didnt receive anything

I redeemed a third-party digital key, the key in question is "6700 Apex Coins", I redeemed the key and got a popup saying this key has been redeemed successfully but it didn't since more than 48 hours have passed and I received no coins.

I contacted EA Support through live chat multiple times and they have told me that it´s an issue on the third-party site I bought them from, I talked to the third-party and they reaffirm that since the key went through as it did since it got used its 100% on EA services problems which makes total sense in this situation.

The code did work as it said it was redeemed successfully, used codes or duplicate(fake) codes don't say SUCCESSFULLY they give errors/warnings instead and EA live support agents arent being understandable at all, as this issue is clearly on EA services end.

If I get a confirmation saying that the problem is from the key that I bought, by someone from EA, I can get a refund from the third-party site I bought this key from, so please can someone from EA take a quick look into my account history of something I don't know how it works but there must be a way to see that I redeemed a key that didn't give me anything.

    If the purchase was made from a third party retailer I'm afraid it would be up to them to issue a refund. That said, purchase issues are not something we can really look into here on Answers HQ. If there is specific information you need in order to request a refund I'd recommend following up with the EA Help team to see if they can help with that. 

    For more details on how to set up a case with them visit the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.

    If the purchase was made from a third party retailer I'm afraid it would be up to them to issue a refund. That said, purchase issues are not something we can really look into here on Answers HQ. If there is specific information you need in order to request a refund I'd recommend following up with the EA Help team to see if they can help with that.

  • same and they arent very good at support, literally same exact problem, each is saying the other is at fault, crazy how they cant simply add the missing items if there is a redeem history 

  • Same problem here, It seems strangely odd that you can redeem a EA code but they cannot seem to figure any information about it.
    at least they should be able to see when the code was used and if it was actually successful.

  • I had the same problem and they said it was a issue with the place I bought it from.

  • I have the same problem, I redeemed codes, but it didn't show in the game. And after I tried the same codes at the game itself it said that the code has already been redeemed.

    If you're having trouble receiving the content from a code that was redeemed on your account, you'll want to reach out to support so they can check into this further.
