Apex Legends Integrity Error and System Freeze

AMD Ryzen 5 7400F  Radeon 9070 GRE, launch the game, about 3-4 minutes in, the screen freezes for a few seconds, then resumes, and then freezes again shortly after. And after exiting the game, the system remains sluggish, and have to restart to restore normal performance.

have tried reinstalling the system, deleting and reinstalling the game, verifying game integrity through Steam, and reinstalling the graphics drivers, but the issue persists
