Refund Battlepass: Request for a Second Opinion.

Hello, earlier today I purchased the battlepass in Apex. Then, with my newfound apex coins I misclicked, purchasing the 4x amped seasonal packs. It was completely accidental. I submitted a ticket, where the chat agent informed me they cannot help with purchases made with in-game currency. 

Then, after a few more questions I asked if I can refund the battlepass purchase through steam? The idea being that the accidentally purchased packs (along with everything from the BP) would be removed. Then, I could re-purchase it and not make the same careless mistake. 

I made sure to confirm (and screenshot) the support agent saying there would be no penalty for refunding the battlepass through steam, but I want to check here too. In the meantime, I of course won't open those packs.
