Hello, can I please ask for a refund for the karambit I bought yesterday?? I'm so sorry, but I haven't bought the right one, I wanted the Katar not the Karambit and I just purchased it yesterday with my hardly acquired heirloom shards... Help would be much appreciated... 😢

Date of purchasing the Raptor's claw heirloom is Jan 7th 2025 using heirloom shards when they put it in the normal mythic store using heirloom shards ( I haven't bought the event).
To make myself more clear, I just want my heirloom shards back, not money.
@SpectreVanitas unfortunatly all purchases are final afaik.
@SpectreVanitas Players have been wanting a refund system for Heirlooms, but like what @OldTreeCreeper had said, its sadly unrefundable, (all store cosmetics are as well, including Apex gifting).
