Repeat suspension
I just got back on Apex right before Season 17. I've been grinding out the game actually having fun and a few weeks in (6/27) I got suspended without any explanation. I appealed it and they explained nothing but kept the suspension. 3 days, whatever. I just got suspended again for 7 days though and I have no idea why. I don't use mics with randoms since the first suspension yet I somehow got punished again? I literally played a couple hours after the first one and when I got back on the next day I had another one. I'm pretty sure your system is broken, and so when I tried to appeal the new suspension you can understand the frustration when I got the EXACT SAME response without any explanation again. Honestly, I was just starting to enjoy the game again and your stupid system is ruining the experience.

Unfortunately we're not able to look into bans here on the forums. It sounds like you've already reached out to our terms of service team, which is the right way to go, as they can take a look into this for you to see if it's justified.
But if they've already responded that it is, and you don't use chat in any way in-game, then is it possible that maybe it's an account name issue? Could that be flagged as offensive and be causing you to get these temporary bans?
