TIMIabc Did you at any point unlinked your Steam Account from your EA Account?
I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on your EA Account, (not on your Steam Account), so if you did unlink your Steam Account, that would be why your account appears to had been reset, (and relinking your Steam Account back to your EA Account may not fix the issue either).
