"Reset your password" can't play apex due to old * email

So I wanted to get back into apex after a couple of years and I boot it up to find a very inconvenient message pop up after I press "play" this screen just says reset your password because it has been a while since you loved on, okay cool (my old email that ea  wants me to open no longer exists) on top of that I signed in to ea with my psn and tried to link... Didn't help, went to origin and linked the ea and origin... Didn't help so I updated all possible information and data to do with me and my accounts.... Didn't help, so I need this message to change to my current E mail or ea needs to delete my old * email from their systems, if any one is going through anything like this or has and fix it please drop me a line... Or I might just not play ea games anymore lol

    Hi @Alfamail4

This is a common problem I see on the forums. You could try reactivating the email address if it's no longer active or recreating it again.

If not then you will need to go through an EA adviser in order to change your email address on your account.

To contact an EA adviser use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account and then choose the relevant topic or option and then select an available contact option

Make sure you reference the correct EA account as you will need to verify your details for them to change anything.
