I don’t get any error message when submitting a ticket. I’m able to fill out the form and I’m taken to the next screen with the support options, but it doesn’t seem like a ticket is actually created. Nothing shows up in the my cases tab, and I don’t receive any confirmation emails about the ticket being made. I also can’t start a chat with an advisor because the chat with us option is greyed out. This happens after I submit the issue description stuff and reach the support options page.
