Reverse Apex Coin Purchase

I've accidentally purchased Apex coins from the In-Game Store. I didn't spend any of the coins after the purchase.

So I requested a refund via EA Help. I've included proof of purchase and the Order number.

Is this the right way to go about it?

Am I eligible for a refund?

    Hey @Fox_Go_Wa-pa-pow,

    Typically we don't offer refunds for purchases on in-game currency, but hopefully our live support team can make an exception. If you've reached out already with your proof of purchase, I'd wait until they can get back to you.
