Road to Ranked glitch

My road to ranked challenges won’t update. I am stuck on the challenge “Restore 500  shields with shield cell, shield battery, or phoenix kit”

I have restored well over that amount and can’t move on from the challenge. I have closed the game, reset my PlayStation, and even uninstalled and re-installed the game. Still the challenge won’t update so I can’t move on.
