I've the same graphicscard with newst driver, a 3600x at 4,25 Ghz, 16 GB 3733mhz cl14 RAM, evo 970 with enaugh space and the same problem. Can't run the game at stable 240 FPS. In some areas it goes down to 150 FPS. The GPU at avarage 60-70% load, max peek to 97%, my CPU is chillin at ~40%.
Idk what is wrong here, but I think my RTX 3070 is not supported fully by the game. My GPU can take 350 watt and just use 220...
Since two days I try everything. Every settings done, RTSS and and and, there is no easy solution it must be a bigger problem.
This game is unoptimized. I can have 200fps on some areas when i jump into the fight it can drop to 100fps - this is huge 100 fps difference ! I don't have to tell You what it does to mouse responsiveness...
