Apex Legendsbjust uses half of my GPU (80-144fps) jdepends on how much % power is used (10-99 %) MAX 80-100 W.
In Benchmarks im getting good results and my GPU using full power(145w).
Changing Ingame Settings doenst change anything, on 1080p everything on high apex used maybe 60 % power resulting in always bad fps
"EnableULSP" deactivated
Updated drivers
Updated BiosReinstalled Windows
GPU worked on a testsystem ( not in apex but Benchmark's)
Set Windows to ultimative power @ energyoptionsSet the Powerlimit in AMD Wattmann up to 50%
Bought a new CPU because i thought my ryzen 3 1200 bottlenecked my rx580.. same results with my new cpu ☹️ive seen some guys with the same GPU by GIGABYTE having the same issue !
PC SPECS:
Gigabyte RX580 8GB (3 days old)

Hey profdrkalou08, i have the similar problem with rx570 4gb + r5 2600 PC, 60Hz monitor.
in very low settings, my GPU (40-120fps) jdepends on how much % power is used (1-99 %) MAX 100 W, benchmark is fine using full power 150w.
The funny thing is, 2 days ago, i play apex with full load GPU and feel smooth (70-130 fps).
The problem appear right after update Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-03.
