s23 p2 Loading Screen Backgrounds gone

Let's see if I can explain... during season 23 part 2, we were given 3 new loading screen backgrounds with weekly missions, of course already claimed them, but every new weekly update and/or game update which there was during s23 p2, these backgrounds were marked as new/unclaimed, nevermind, this kind of problem has been always happened to me, and I have been solved simply by claiming them again. BUT with s24 I'm not finding them in my cosmetics archive...! maybe if I didn't claim them for the last time again before s24 update, this is why as if I didn't claimed them...? Hope I explained what I mean. Thank you.
