So just to be clear, did you buy all of your Apex coins via codes, or did you also buy some via the Microsoft store directly?
If you've bought them all via codes, where did you redeem those codes, exactly?

Yes most of them were bought through the store the other was from a place called shopTO which I have used numerous times before

For any transactions you've done via either the in-game shop or the Microsoft store directly, you can just reach out to our live support team with proof of purchase and they can make sure that you get your missing coins:

As for the codes you've redeemed, did you ever get any errors when you redeemed them? And did you redeem them via your Xbox, or via the EA app?- 2 years ago
Hey, Hi happy to see that maybe a real human being is on the other side of that account but I've had the same problem I purchased apex coins on the 11th for 39.99 and 9.99 i only received the ones this I paid 9.99 for I've made 4 cases a 5th is currently in progress and every single one of them said that they were "fixed' but they weren't is there a problem? is there something stopping the support team from simply giving me my coins that I paid for even after I've shown proof of purchase I did buy them via the apex store in the game Not through the Microsoft store

Have you been reaching out to live support via email? It might be worth reaching out via a chat instead if you can. It might go a bit faster. If you don't see an option via our support site, try selecting different problem categories; it should pop up eventually.
