Yeah I have I’ve made 6 cases on my problem every time my case file says “fixed” my apex coins still aren’t deposited into my account it’s frustrating very frustrating kral rindo just told me to see if I can go through Microsoft support and see what they can do ea is just not helping

I'd reach out to our support via a chat. It's the easiest way to make sure that you get your Apex coins. I don't believe Microsoft are able to add them themselves; I imagine they'll send you our way again instead.I tried a chat already like every time I try the submit button just turns grey and do I just keep making cases until ea just feels like giving me what I paid for?

Could you try "I need help with my hacked account" as your problem? That never fails to give me an option to start a chat.
If the chat buttons greys out after that, could you send me a screenshot of what you exactly see?
I got it to work but now it’s just another case
