I'd reach out to our support via a chat. It's the easiest way to make sure that you get your Apex coins. I don't believe Microsoft are able to add them themselves; I imagine they'll send you our way again instead.

I tried a chat already like every time I try the submit button just turns grey and do I just keep making cases until ea just feels like giving me what I paid for?

Could you try "I need help with my hacked account" as your problem? That never fails to give me an option to start a chat.
If the chat buttons greys out after that, could you send me a screenshot of what you exactly see? Fosho thanks for suggestions Brodie fr tho anything helps
