Scammed out of nearly £250 of Apex coins

Hi I’ve ordered so many apex coins over the space of last week to today and I still have no coins on my account I’ve tried buying gift codes from other places and when I input the codes there fine then they don’t appear in my account, I’ve left emails, I’ve left help reports and still no response what else am I supposed to do?

if anyone is going to spend money on apex on Xbox don’t do it, it will only give you the points for £5 spending no more, don’t waste your money I’m nearly £250 pounds down and they still haven’t even bothered to reply it’s mental !

I got it to work but now it’s just another case

No, now it’s just a regular case that I’m hoping will get fixed. After this case I won’t be making another case, at 11:58 yesterday my previous case file said that it had been “fixed” It wasn’t.

I’ll just cut my losses and just never buy anything from the Apex store again.

Not really much I can do even after 7-8 cases and every single one of them having had proof of purchase attached to them I’ve got no help, thanks anyway and you know what else I’m not even eligible for a refund 😂 absolutely ridiculous just take my money EA

Iv spent $90 on apex coins been almost a month and still no coins , iv tried using the Microsoft store and Microsoft gift card and still no apex coins , iv ptt in multiple claims and still nothing , apex has robbed me and I can't get help and e.a doesn't have a human that can talk with you bout the situation
