Thanks for answering. No i only use a single monitor. I got DxDiag here. Please i need a solution, more than a week testing everything i could and nothing worked till now.

It looks like you could upgrade to Windows 10 build 1809. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates. Lets see if that puts a stop to your system reboots.
