Screenshot functionality stopped working after update

Hey there, Running Windows 10. Screenshot functionality (F12) stopped working after the update. I never got to get the Print Screen function to work with Apex either. Any help would be appreciated ...

Am I the only one who’s experiencing this problem for key binding in Apex Legends. I always bind my shields and syringe with number keys. But after the update I can’t make it to function.

I already tried:

restoring to default and bind it again

restart my pc

restart and restore and rebind

but still not working...

PLEASE HELP. THANKS!
