Season 11 Premium Battle Pass Rewards not received!
I purchased the Season 11 Premium Battle Pass and got all the way to level 110. All I received as rewards were the tier 1 rewards and the battle pass complete badge. All the rewards have the red check mark signifying I own them but I cant find them in my inventory or equip them through the Battle Pass. After 2 weeks of back and fourth with EA Support they told me that on their end it shows I have them (Even though I sent videos and images showing that's not the case) and they told me they cant even refund my 950 Apex tokens. This is extremely frustrating, I've given up on receiving the rewards I grinded so hard for but at the very least I'd like my apex coins back... See the screenshots attached screenshots for proof.
