I encourage all people to post on Twitter with @PlayApex and @EA hashtags, describe the issues. After one minute I was reached out to asking for direct message. Maybe they will finally help seeing multiple Twitter posts. Contact is slow, but they do chat with you on Twitter.

This is really a pain here, no actual help, no troubleshooting at all.
