After the new update yesterday…I loaded game, got to screen where it showed my character in lobby, then it freezes and shuts my Xbox down. I have done all power cycle reset, cleared MAC address, uninstalled game and reinstalled twice. Did manual dns. Reset Xbox.  I’m able to play any other game but Apex. Any idea what’s happening? I’m currently on Xbox Series X. I contacted Microsoft support with no help. They directed me to EA help stating that my Xbox is not the problem and EA may need to send me an exclusive patch. Anyone else having this issue? I was fine the night before patch.

      @Freeksho13 Yes i know you are on xbox... But the game crash your xbox... I think it's happening on the new map.. Storm
      The BSoD can happens on xbox.. Playstation too.. It's fatal error not related only to pc

        @Vell51rus Oh I see what you’re saying. I’m not sure if it’s the map because I’m crashing at the lobby screen. If somehow it does t freeze within 3 seconds and I ready up and get pulled into a game instantly then I can play it. Even on storm point. Then when match is finished and I have to go back to lobby then it freezes my screen and crashes
