Season 3 Connection Issues

I too have had issues since season 3 has been released. I keep getting desync errors no matter what I try (modem resets,graphics all set to low,verifying/reinstalling). I keep getting the code😕hoe because I'm desyncing so much. I've been able to keep myself from getting kicked by changing the texture streaming budget in the middle of dropping but the rubber banding always comes back. Hopefully a hotfix will take care of it but I hope it's not just me.
So I was able to resolve my desync issue. I turned off Downstream QoS in my router settings and tada, no issues. Hope this helps some people.
