Season 4 Ranked Split and Soft Reset - 24th of March

Hi im a gold 3 player, i log into my game today and its showing me that im bronze 1 and im gaining bronze 1 points when im playing??

    Hey guys. 

    This is intentional. The ranked split happened today, which included a soft reset. There was a tweet from the Apex Legends team a while ago with more details: 

    If you're seeing a drop in RP this is why. I'll sticky this post for visibility.

    Have you had a resolution for this? I'm getting exactly the same thing on mine and cant play with a friend (also demoted to silver) as Im still showing platinum it enforces the 1 rank difference and we cant start a ranked game.

    I just played a game my team ranked 3place but im told we only made it to 14 fix what ever is going on

    Wasn’t the soft reset supposed to be for 1.5 ranks? I dropped from the top of silver 2 to bronze 4. That’s almost 6 ranks
