The EA Staff here on EA Forums can't help you directly with this request. We don't have visibility into your account and bans.
The only way to get our Terms of Service Moderation Team to review the situation is to submit a new dispute form following this guide. Please provide any new information you believe could be useful to our teams during their review.
I'd also recommend that you reach out to our Support Team using this guide to report the account violation and go through the resecurization process with an Advisor.
