Security codes are not sent

I'm trying to link up my twitch prime with my EA account. I've successfully connected the 2 but when it asks me to connect to my EA account through twitch, it asks me for a security code that has been sent to my mail but I never receive them. 

I receive other codes when I try to edit my mail address in my origin launcher
