See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information

I've recently had this issue since the new update. I try and play trios or ranked but before I can load into the character selection, it kicks me to the main menu. I then try to load back into the game but it roughly takes me 50 clicks on the "Play" button to even join into the lobby.

When I get kicked to the main menu, it states, and I quote; "This profile is not permitted to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information". I have not been banned and I have a stable internet connection (wired). On average I get kicked to the main menu 8 out of 10 games. 

I know it's not my setup as I have a desktop as well as a laptop and both have the same issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this or who I can contact to resolve this issue.
