Keep getting kicked out of game

I’ve just downloaded apex legends for the first time but I keep getting kicked out of games with error messages that mostly say player is not permitted to play online or server disconnects. It also takes me several tried to log in due to not permitted to play online error but eventually works. Any advice on how to fix?
