Server connect

It is weird that it would be happening randomly like that. 

I'd like to try some troubleshooting to see if we can help get a more stable connection. A good place to start is with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If the same issue keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

I did the trace. And below are the result. At the evening its like that the enemy knows exactly where you are and before line of sight for me they already start shooting. 

my friend has the same problems we play together. He has fiberoptics i dont. His ping is most of the time 10ms or less. We both chanced dns to google. 

For us it feels like we are connected to a server thats not in holland. Is it possibel that we are connected to amsterdam server but the servers communicate between for exampel Amsterdam and us or somewhere els? It feels like they see us a second earlyer then we see them. Got to say mine modem is about 20ms off in the evening. you can see that in txt. But why i dont know. I have a connection from ziggo off 307.5mbps and up 30.9mbps.

Yesterday i forwerded the ports from ziggo modem. And stil it was happening. Lost fights that normaly i should win. And in the midday i would defently win. But know it was like shooting at a targed that was hopping left right and shots will not hit.

 If i analize mine problems its not connection server but interaction of servers between them selves. Because i am connected to amsterdam but i play against brittain germany belgium and russia polen and africa and even china korean you name it. I think there is the isseu not mine connection because thats good. You can see and feel the differens when i happends and it happens a lot almost always in the evening. while mine connection is good and mine friends is perfect.

It's possible there could be an issue with one of the nodes in between your home network and the servers. Have you tried reaching out to your ISP to see if they're aware of any issues at one of these datacenters?

I called them. They checked everything. The Guy from my  ISP ziggo is known  with the game. And hé checked mine connection and even my pc settings and monitor settings. Hé even checked mine Ports from modem. After That he confermd that it was a platform problem. Because mine friend had the same isseu and we know that a friend we game with, has a better connection. But hé lives in Amsterdam. We live in Brabant. About 100km away.  We bouth love the game but we try to play but after 3 rounds or 4 we juist give up because it sucks to be one clipped or shot before sight like the vid. They les than 1 sec down me. Mine flatline doesnt shoot that fast.  End when for Some wierd Reason we have a good connect we love the game.
