Server error code 102122
How do I fix this error code 102122 unable to connect I have an Xbox and a Playstation but it works on my Xbox but not on my playstaion

Legit this was no help,no one at EA ever helps out with anything and I’ve been waiting for an hour trying to chat with an agent
I’m 98% sure that this error (that I’m also having) is due to EA ACCOUNT NAME CHANGE as the original usernames are probably the only data they record on API level that’s so basic (Nintendo switch software is basic compared to ps5). They did warn us before the name change that changing name may cause such issues so
