Server issues - Unplayable game

I hope someone can help or even try to make EA/Respawn aware of this issue. So i connect on the London server and my ping is generally around 23ms to 30ms and its been like this for ages. its like that now but then i enter a game play around 20 seconds and then it starts lagging out bad. i get all the symbols in the corner. So i have spent around 4 hours trying to get to the bottom of it and now i have done that.

So it will connect me to an EU AWS server when im in the menus but then once i join a join it will join me to a ec2-35-160-125-69.us-est-1 aws server. Obviously at that moment my ping hits 212 to 173 

I have ran Wireshark on my computer and i can see the network connecting the following IP address

54.184.211.254 - Thats in Virginia

52.35.78.31- thats in Oregon and thats the IP for  ec2-52-35-78-31.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com

35.160.125.69 - thats in Oregon and thats the IP for ec2-35-160-125-69.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com

Why is it connecting me to these servers when i'm connecting to the London server.

    I have seen this behaviour too.

    I wouldn't put it past EA to be using some weird hybrid setup to save a buck.

    I have the same problem with poor network performance, even though I am "supposedly" connected to my closest data centre. But maybe that's the key. "Data Centre" isn't the server we are playing on? Maybe it's just a gateway to the U.S. and that's why actual performance sucks.

    Physical game servers are probably all located in the U.S., although I've seen a lot of connections to Amazon and Google Rent-a-Servers.

    Looking at EA servers now going up and down like a jojo I would guess the login servers trying to give you a connectivity istead of just a loading screen.

    I think EA is having a bit of a problem with server stability in their amazon clusters as we speak, just hope we will get an official note on the matter as its hard to impossible to play atm. Can get some games, some freeze and all kinds of side effects.

    Its know for EA and many other companies to use AWS server but at least get it right, If someone picks to play on a LONDON server then atleast get them connected to a server in the UK.

    Apex is one of my favourite games to play since launch..Its starting to annoy me that much i might just stop playing.

    Just tried again and straight away connected to a US west server
